Several days ago when Bob Crow sat down with his communist colleagues in the RMT to discuss when they might next like to call their members out on strike - the second item on the agenda would have read;
2. Which group of hard pressed citizens would we most like to gratuitously and
cynically kick in the bollocks ? (apart from, as always, the London commuters)
Motion passed comrades - to a raucous show of support - "let's shaft those scumbag middle/upper class, Tory voting, champagne quaffing, strawberry munching, Wimbledon tennis toffs.
And after deciding to strike throughout the second week of Wimbledon, Crow & co. announced the venue for the union leaders 50th birthday party - Scotts of Mayfair where seemingly this week Crow and three others enjoyed a £650 lunch including beer aperitifs served in crystal glasses, Morgassi Superiore 2009 Piedmont with their meals before finishing with a round of whisky.
